"I can't say enough good things about this doggy daycare! My cocker spaniel, Hunter, absolutely loves it! Paul, Julie and the rest of the staff at Busy Tails are exceptional and accommodating - on top of that, so attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the dogs in their care. Hunter absolutely loves his time there - he waits at the door in anticipation each week and always comes home happy and exhausted. I trust the team to drop him off and I love how clean he comes back after muddy wet days too. The facility is well-organised, and offers plenty of activities to keep the dogs engaged and active. It's clear that the staff go above and beyond to ensure each dog's well-being and enjoyment. A big shout out to their social media team too, the photos and videos on Instagram are amazing to see each day, I love it! So yes, safe to say I wholeheartedly recommend Busy Tails to anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry friend!"

"My puppy Henry attends here once a week and has such a good time! He is really excited at drop off he can't stop woofing and tail wagging to let everyone know he's arrived. He is in an area with dogs of a similar size and plays constantly throughout the day, it has been so good for his socialisation from a young age. Then he comes home happy and exhausted. "Maisie almost takes flight with excitement when her second family comes to collect her for the day! Worlds away from her first trial day when she was incredibly nervous and wouldn’t leave our side. Her days there definitely helped build her confidence and she clearly loves it! Julia, Paul and the team are always contactable and help with general doggy questions which is great for first time dog owners. The dogs are truly their priority and as well as being safe and cared for, they have great fun in generous surroundings."

"Honestly, Busy Tails are amazing!!! They were recommended by a few people and from his first visit we new our boy would love it! He loves going and and whines if I don't get out the car quick enough when we arrive, lol!! I was always a bit stressy leaving him with people but watching him get so excited when he sees the staff makes me so happy :) . My husband and I's work schedules can occasionally change and they are always so accommodating, even at short notice. Worth every penny!!! x"

"We had arranged a visit to Busy Tails. We were made most welcome by Julia and all the lovely staff. The dogs were very pleased to see us too. Very happy dogs, some running around having fun and playing, some just relaxing enjoying the sun and some having some lovely cuddles. Happy place for dogs with space to enjoy the outside and space to relax inside or outside."

"Highly recommend as a doggy day care. We had our pup go along twice a week from when she was 4 months old, and she has become such a well socialised young dog. We think this was largely down to Busy Tails and her interactions with all the other pups! They are always very professional and prompt to collect our pup in the from Wandsworth, and great value compared to other day care option around the area and in SW London. They look after the dogs so well and regularly post photos to their instagram of the dogs during the day. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for day care for their pups!"

"Simba has been going to Busy Tails for the last 2 years or so and just loves it! He eagerly awaits collection in the morning and gets dropped home, exhausted & happy in the afternoon. Paul, Julia and their whole team have such a passion for looking after all the dogs in their care and do so with friendliness and professionalism. The facilities are outstanding - as well as lots to keep the dogs happy & entertained, there’s also some rest areas too. As well as all of this, the site is safe, secure and really well looked after."

We send her regularly for half a day just for a bit of socialising and play and it suitably exhausts her. We tried other daycare in the area but with the flexibility of adhoc attendance combined with the friendliness of the staff and cost here at Busytails, they won us over and she has been attending since she was a puppy.”

”Our rescue Otis is very nervous of new people but Busy Tails has really helped him become more receptive of new people. When we drop him off now he's desperate to meet up with the team, and other dogs of course. He always comes back content and tired. And from our point of view the ease of drop off and pick up as well as long opening hours make Busy Tails a great choice if your dog isn't one for being picked up from home.”

“Our whippet, Bobby, has been attending busy tails for a year now, he started going at 5 months old. We had difficult circumstances at home with our family dog taking a disliking to Bobby so were frantically searching for somewhere that would take Bobby while I worked. Paul and Julia could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They offered an induction day swiftly and advised bobby spends half a day with them to see how he gets on, our biggest worry was him being scared of other dogs…All I can say is THANK GOD FOR BUSY TAILS! Bobby absolutely loves his days at daycare, he is so well looked after, he comes home tired and most importantly he has no issue with other dogs - quite the opposite he loves every dog he comes across! Due to his breed Julia, Paul and the team always keep a close eye on Bobby to make sure he doesn’t over-do it or hurt himself (zoomy life..) and have been so accommodating and cautious recently following on from some dental surgery. The flexibility of being able to choose which days Bobby comes to school is so perfect. Busy tails are the most incredible daycare and I can’t thank them enough for all they do!”

“Our boy has been going to busy tails for just under a year. It’s safe to say he absolutely loves it. He’s so happy when he’s picked up and comes home absolutely knackered after charging around with other dogs all day. It’s been a really great help to us especially since we’ve started to go back into the office more. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and take great care of all the dogs. They are also more reasonably priced compared to other doggy daycares in the area with great facilities and offer full pick up and drop off service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a doggy daycare in the area to send their pup too!”

“My older dog has been going to Busy Tails almost every weekday morning for the past 6 years, whilst I am at work. He has a wonderful time and all the staff are so kind and look after him as if he is their own. They are also very flexible and are always happy to accommodate any changes to my schedule. More recently my 10 month old puppy has joined the fun, in fact since he was 4 months old. He absolutely loves it, such a great place for him to socialise and burn off all his energy in a safe way, while the older one snoozes happily on a sofa! I would not want to send them anywhere else”
